safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.
Group Therapy allows you to be with others who have gone through something similar. Groups allow you a safe space to communicate the stress you have been feeling and listening to others and how they have dealt with the pain. As a facilitator, I give each person an opportunity to share what brings them to the meeting. I also ensure that this a safe nonjudgmental space.
